All of the Above

Sometimes you have an idea about what would make a good poem. I had none. So, laying in bed (as this was early in the summer morning), I looked around. As a young girl I have many colors in my room and they got me thinking about how each color represents something to me. I see black at funerals and sad occasions, so therefore when I see black the word sad jumps to mind, even if there is nothing to be sad about.

All of the Above
Red is for anger, passion and fire,
Orange is for hope, dreams and desire
Yellow is for greed and endless wealth
Green is for growing, sharing and health
Blue is for hard work, kindness and love
Purple is for learning to be all of the above.
